The purpose is for humans to develop and connect with the spiritual realm while in their physical bodies. 8. God has provided means for humans to access spiritual enlightenment and understanding. 9. The use of spiritual powers is limited and must be used within certain boundaries and conditions. 10. The use of spiritual powers is only permissible for those who are close to God and use them for His purposes. 11. God has created both good and evil in order for humans to choose good and overcome evil. 12. The practice of magic and communication with the dead involves accessing dark and impure forces. 13. God has limited the power of dark forces and protects those who have righteousness. 14. Even magic and dark forces are subject to God's control and cannot exceed their limitations.
