Mishnah Gittin משנה גיטין
Basic
1. The temporary works are determined by the circumstances that occur to humans throughout their lives, according to their situation in this world.
2. All of these are based on what we have explained in previous sections, which is that there is no aspect of the world that is not established and legislated according to what is necessary for its existence and the true purpose of creation.
3. The details and forms of these matters depend on the aspects of reality, their degrees, and their influences.
4. In all these matters, commandments were given to guide them towards good and not towards evil.
5. If the actions are kept within the limits set by the Torah, they will lead to good and rectification. Otherwise, they will lead to evil and darkness.
6. Blessings were established for all aspects of life and enjoyment, with the root being the blessing after meals.
7. Humans should always intend their actions towards serving their Creator and achieving the true purpose.
8. The blessings should be directed towards the purpose and not towards material desires.
9. The actions should be kept within the boundaries set by the divine Torah.
10. Blessings should be recited before enjoying something to enhance the intention and connection with the good that comes from it.
11. Blessings were also established for the performance of commandments to express gratitude and elevate the actions.
12. Through these blessings, the actions are elevated and humans are aided by the divine.
